ABOUT:

From the early stages of my art education I have always been interested in colour and texture, and the beauty in simplicity. My paintings are abstract, colourful, experimental, and playful. In my abstract works, beauty is found by the viewer; I simply create the colourful, intriguing void in which the viewer escapes into. Abstract techniques; I work with the surface horizontal/flat and then mix, pour, drip, swirl and create the painting leaving no visual brush marks. Through my exploration of colour, shape and texture I am discovering my inner self, and this resulting expression gives me an enormous sense of freedom and satisfaction like nothing else.
